Welcome to EDLIGO.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms “you”, “your” or “Member” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. If they do change, we will do our best to tell you in advance by placing a notification on the edligo.com website, or by sending you an email. You may also check these Terms periodically for changes. If you use the Service in any way after a change to the Terms is effective, then please remember that means you agree to all of the Terms. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding these Terms or the Service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
