Credit Validity
AIRA-Credits validity outlines the time frame during which purchased or allocated AIRA-Credits can be used. It is important to keep track of your AIRA-Credit balance and expiration dates to ensure uninterrupted access to services. Explore the specific rules regarding one-time purchases and subscription-based AIRA-Credits.
| One-Time Purchase
- AIRA-Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Unused AIRA-Credits expire if no new purchase is made before the expiration date.
- Any new AIRA-Credit top-up extends the validity of all unused AIRA-Credits by 30 days from the latest purchase date.
| Subscription
- Credits are valid for 30 days from the subscription start or renewal date.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the subscription period (no rollover).
- If an AIRA-Credit top-up is purchased during an active subscription, all AIRA-Credits (subscription + top-up) will be extended to the end of the next subscription cycle.
